What is the Ibiza Buzz?

The Buzz is all about that moment in a track when your hands raise up with emotion or your head looks down to the floor when it gets dark and twisted.

It doesn't matter the style, the nationality or the BPM of the music it just has that something special that when you wake up the next day and beyond it's there bringing memories back of that magical night at Ibiza's many amazing events.

So after receiving 800 tracks and remixes to check this last month we have got down to the final 40 that make up the Ibiza Buzz Chart 2011.

Yes we killed the office internet bandwidth and my ears will ring well into July but here we have a guide to your summer anthems ahead.

We touch on the underground as well as the commercial side of dance music ranging from Balearic fuelled soundtracks to full throttle techno stompers.

Here's to a heavy hedonistic summer of music in 2011

Many thanks to the producers, DJs and labels for all the music sent in and even if you didn't make the final cut your passion will keep the dance World on it's feet and create a kick ass summer.
